I am a proud Chicago native now thriving in North Liberty, IA, with over 21 years of experience in education, including nine transformative years in administration. For the past 6.5 years, I have served as an educational administrator in Iowa, championing innovative strategies to empower students, educators, and communities. With over seven years of expertise in restorative practices, I bring a unique perspective to fostering healing, equity, and resilience in both personal and organizational spaces. Building on this foundation, I launched Restorative Community Partners, LLC, a dynamic strategic planning, training and consulting firm dedicated to creating transformative change.
Through Restorative Community Partners, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with individuals, nonprofits, city offices, organizations, and school districts across Eastern Iowa and the Greater Chicagoland Area, delivering impactful solutions tailored to their unique needs.
