We are proud to offer The Administrator Launchpad & Lounge, a hybrid coaching and on-demand learning experience that equips new and aspiring school leaders with practical tools, restorative leadership strategies, and mentorship to help them thrive from day one.
In addition to our consulting work, we lead Restorative Community Works, our nonprofit arm focused on delivering transformative rehabilitative services to youth and young adults (ages 18–25) at risk of incarceration or disconnection. Through personalized action planning, paid training opportunities, and supportive diversion programs, we help participants rewrite their stories and reintegrate with purpose.
